"I wanted to try out a different brand of drum sticks. Sweetwater had what I was looking and I placed my order. The very next day, I got a call from the Service Manager to say the sticks I’d ordered were not in stock and they’d be delayed in shipment. I was not in hurry to get them, so the delay was fine with me. It was great to get the heads-up call though. The sticks arrived shortly thereafter very well packaged. Thanks!
